Visiting Smeaton Church.
Smeaton Church offers a warm welcome, It is a grade 2* listed building built in the 12th and 13th Centuries, although there was a church here in 1086AD. It can easily accommodate 100, with standing room for more, though it looks full and is comfortable with far fewer. There is a modern efficient heating system. The clergy and people are friendly and go out of their way to make visitors feel welcome.
